We can attribute a large part of our success to our skilled staff, as well as our ability to run a good business.  You will receive a thorough onboarding at your start-up, where you will be paired with one of our skilled store managers, so that from day one you can learn about our way of running the store, as well as an in-depth knowledge of our concepts. The person will support you in your development and operation of the store, but will also be part of your personal and professional development. Our team at Nørrebro consists of young, dedicated employees. This means that you will become part of a social environment where you, as their new manager, will have the leading role in the good process the store is in. You will be allowed to run the store as if it were your own, where the development and operation will be 100% your responsibility. Of course with support and backing from your Area Manager and other colleagues.  Areas of work: In short, you are responsible for the operation of the store, and you also get the opportunity to do your best and develop every day. Your areas of responsibility include everything from development and management of employees to inventory and, of course, sales figures. As a store manager, you will develop your knowledge of the store's key figures, commercial merchandising and a sales-ready store. In addition, you will deal with operational tasks such as planning, prioritizing and following up on the employees' performance. Personality: You are independent, results-oriented, work structured and have a distinct winning mentality. But the most important thing is that you have the will to ensure the store's progress, thereby creating positive results together with the team.
