Job Description
At Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Glostrup, we are looking for a committed nurse who wants to develop her skills in a specialized team. Your everyday life with us As a nurse, you will be the permanent contact person for a group of patients and participate in the joint treatment of patients in need of more intensive, outreach treatment. Your tasks include: Participation in treatment conferences Initial assessments of new patients and preparation of treatment plans Family cooperation Individual and group-based psychoeducation Teaching and guidance of nursing students Welcome to the KAG Bipolar team You will be part of Team Y at KAG Bipolar, which exclusively handles the treatment of bipolar mental disorder. The team is part of Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic Glostrup, where they work according to the FACT model. The clinic is located in beautiful, green surroundings on Nordstjernevej and consists of a committed interdisciplinary staff group of approx. 38 professionals. We work closely with the centre's outpatient units, 24-hour wards, municipalities and primary care providers. The treatment takes place both in the outpatient clinic and during home visits, so a driving license is an advantage. In KAG Bipolar, clinic and research are closely linked. Theme days and ongoing sparring are held, which are part of the competence development of employees. As an employee, you are also part of supporting the research that will be used to develop new knowledge about bipolar disorder. What is F-ACT? F-ACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) offers individual treatment with varying intensity, where the team follows the patient and adapts the treatment as needed. You are a trained nurse and preferably have experience with psychiatric patients and possibly relevant further education. In addition, we are looking for you who: can work independently, at the same time as being part of a team, enjoy working with and have a desire for interdisciplinary and cross-sector collaboration, have a desire and interest in developing and improving patient care. Your salary and terms of employment You will be employed in a permanent full-time position. Joining is by agreement or per 1 June 2025. As a newly employed nurse, you will also be linked to a specific 24-hour section, where you will be on duty on Saturday and Sunday every 6 weeks. We will of course make sure you dress well for the task. This takes place in the form of an individual introduction programme, knowledge sharing and sparring with colleagues. And then it takes place in the form of continuous competence development based on your experiences and needs. Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement.
