The position is an exciting nursing position where the focal point is to offer patient treatment as far as possible in the local environment based on the F-ACT model.
Flexible outgoing outpatient treatment in the local environment (F-ACT)
F-ACT is a Dutch method for outpatient psychiatric treatment. The focus of the method is to be where the patient wants to succeed. With F-ACT, a more interdisciplinary collaboration with the patient is ensured, where the treatment intensity is flexibly adapted to the patient's needs.
The team's target group is adults over the age of 18 with disorders such as schizophrenia, psychosis and personality disorders, as well as adults with concurrent harmful use of drugs and a mental disorder.
Through "defined courses" that are agreed upon based on the patient's wishes, hopes and expectations for the treatment and the possibilities of psychiatry, we seek to organize an individually planned and agreed course.
The district psychiatry is part of the Psykiatriens Hus-Integrated psychiatry which includes a high degree of collaboration with Næstved Municipality.

In District Psychiatry Næstved there are a total of 10 clinical contact persons (who are nurse occupational therapists or social workers) who coordinate the treatment offers for patients in the target group. In addition to the intensive F-ACT offer, the clinical contact person supervises (among others) group treatment and holds individually agreed talks with patients and relatives.

The job involves a high degree of cross-sector collaboration, including participation in collaboration meetings as part of a targeted effort to create coherence in patient processes.
Your task as a nurse in the F-ACT team is also

To be the clinical contact person for a changing group of patients.
Home visits, outside visits and virtual consultations
Sparring/collaboration with your colleagues
Medication administration
Timely documentation in the journal.
Participate in quality and improvement work
Participate in teaching tasks in relation to patients, relatives and students

We make sure that you are dressed for the job through a thorough introduction and for the first 12 months you are assigned a mentor.
We have fixed monthly teaching and supervision.

Is flexible and ready for change and has an interest in and desire for continuous development, e.g. of F-.ACT .
There is spacious creative and a skilled colleague/collaborator
It will play an active role in strengthening the bond between the outpatient clinic and the wards as well as with other cross-sector partners.
You can work independently but also in groups - and interdisciplinary in general

Who are we?
F-ACT team Næstved - Vordingborg handles outpatient treatment of referred patients with long-term mental disorders aged 18-75 who are within the target group.
We are a training center for nurses, doctors, secretaries and specialist psychologists.

Weekly working hours: 37 hours per week
Employment start date: 1 May 2025 or by agreement
Application deadline: 10 April - Continuous employment interviews are held.

About Psychiatry
Psychiatry Region Zealand is a treatment psychiatry that consists of a number of inpatient units and outpatient units around the region. We take care of psychiatric evaluation and treatment as well as the emergency duty in Region Zealand.
We develop and convey a wide range of psychiatric services to the region's citizens, and we have an anonymous counseling service which is open to anyone who needs knowledge or advice about mental illness.
