Your everyday life with us As a nurse in the flight medical team, you will have a versatile role with both outreach and development-oriented tasks. You will have to supervise flight doctors all over the country and at the same time participate in the development of new systems and processes that ensure the quality of flight medical regulation. Your most important tasks will be: Supervision work at national level - planning, execution and follow-up of supervision of flight doctors throughout Denmark. Development of supervisory practice - risk assessment, analysis and quality assurance of supervisory procedures. Implementation of new IT system - active role in development and implementation of a new aeromedical IT system. Interdisciplinary collaboration - work closely with doctors, lawyers and administrative colleagues to ensure effective regulation. Health professional assessments of specific health cases in connection with the supervisory work. The position involves both travel activity in connection with supervision and days in the office, where analysis and development tasks are in focus. Who are you? We would like you to have: Authorization as a nurse. Experience with quality assurance, accreditation or supervisory work - preferably from a hospital, agency or similar. Experience with record review and medical assessments. An analytical approach and ability to handle authority tasks. In addition, we expect you to have an interest in IT and digitalisation. Experience with the implementation of new systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.
