Home care and nursing in Hillerød Municipality have over the past few years implemented permanent teams and therefore have a good foundation for the implementation of the new Elderly Act and the upcoming health reform. We are a developing organization and are looking for you who want to help deliver nursing care of high professional quality to our citizens. As a nurse with us, you will be part of a large nursing group of 37 nurses who report to the area manager for Nursing. The nursing service is divided into smaller teams corresponding to the home care groups and there are specialists employed in the group. You play an important role in the interdisciplinary collaboration with the Home Care and will participate in triage meetings and interdisciplinary conferences with other partners.
