ensuring routine maintenance and repairs of the sacred object_x000D_
monitoring the functionality of MaR, EZS and other systems_x000D_
building connection administration_x000D_
customer communication_x000D_
coordination of ongoing repairs_x000D_
supervision of the activities of supplier companies_x000D_
control activity of equipment and overall technical security of buildings_x000D_
ensuring safety and eliminating accidentsá_x000D_
What you should fulfill:_x000D_
ÚSO or SŠtechnical education_x000D_
valid certificate of examinations pursuant to Act [phone removed] Coll. §19 and government order [phone removed] Coll., (before decree 50 /1978 Coll.), condition_x000D_
experience in building management_x000D_
manual skill_x000D_
knowledge of MaR, EZS an advantage_x000D_
resistance to stress_x000D_
work on PC_x000D_
criminal integrity_x000D_
reliability, diligence, responsibility, active approach to fulfilling assigned tasks and time flexibility_x000D_
