Laptop and component technician

The primary responsibility of each of our laptop and component technicians is related to performing professional hardware and software tasks.

Debts:

Device malfunction diagnostics (hardware and software)

System installation

System cloning

Requisitioning, monitoring and control of parts in accordance with the state of the warehouse

Quality service provision

Monitoring the complaint procedure for defective devices, spare parts and consumables

Records, management and storage of defective parts, their export and recycling

Monitoring of technological development and constant improvement of knowledge

Qualifications:

Secondary vocational education

Excellent knowledge of software and hardware and laptop computers

Knowledge of computer networks and information technologies

At least one year of relevant work experience in servicing IT equipment, candidates who have worked on a notebook are preferred

Meticulousness in work

Communicativeness and ability to solve problems quickly

Computer skills (MS Office, internet, etc.)

Knowledge of the English language

Category B driver's license preferred
