Lata Forsorgshjem addresses the target group cf. SEL § 110. Our target group is men and women who are homeless and have other social challenges.
About the position:
-       We are looking for a Tender Manager who can help start up, develop and ensure the operation of the new department of Lata Forsorgsjem that we are going to open in Odsherred.
-       We would like you to have knowledge and experience in the field of social education and cooperation with homeless citizens.
-       As Tender Manager, you must be able to take responsibility for and develop the good working environment for the employees.
-       You must facilitate a meaningful and developing everyday life for the citizens.
-       You must be available to the employees, so that the individual feels secure and recognized in the collaboration on the offer.
-       You must work strategically, also with implementation, be an initiator and master following efforts all the way through.
-       You must support professional and organizational development in close interaction with the coordinator, employees, the Tender Manager, the organisation's other management group, the Board of Directors as well as relatives and citizens.
-       You will be part of a management community with 7 other managers, where we at LATA coordinate, spar and develop our efforts across the offers.
Your profile: 
·      We expect you to have a relevant academic education or a professional background in healthcare or social work, supplemented by relevant continuing education, including management education at either diploma or master's level. In addition, you must have experience within management and the social field, preferably psychiatry and/or social psychiatry.
·      Is strong in operational and financial management and has good results with you.
·      Is strong in written and oral communication
·      Able to work in a structured and systematic way, as the work requires a lot of work to be done at the same time and continuous follow-up on a lot.
·      Has experience with change management and thrives in change.
·      Has experience with organizational and cultural development.
·      Has extremely good collaboration skills and is a team player who thrives on giving others space and making others strong. You have a trust-based approach to your management.
·      Is hardworking and can handle a sometimes heavy work pressure.
Salary and employment conditions:
We are looking for 1 Tender Manager with joining per 1 May 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The position is 37 hours per week.
The position is remunerated according to qualifications and competences.
