- Education, i.e. knowledge of the field + experience is a primary requirement, if you have many years of experience, education in the field is not a condition (we are mainly interested in honest manual work and someone who will enjoy moving forward in the field)_x000D_
- Technical thinking, ability to read production documentation_x000D_
