Core task Our core task is to support citizens in becoming part of the community in the labor market and becoming self-sufficient. We focus on creating good, flexible solutions where the individual citizen takes responsibility for their own development. Our task is, among other things, to support citizens in labor market-oriented activities, to clarify work ability and to uncover safety concerns. We do this through a holistic and interdisciplinary effort, where you work in collaboration with citizens, colleagues and business partners to obtain or maintain a job. We focus on the individual citizen with an individual and targeted employment-oriented effort with a view to permanent connection to the labor market and full or partial self-support. You will have colleagues who work in functions such as coordinating case handlers, job consultants and development supervisors.
