We are looking for a new development guidance colleague in a permanent position of 37 hours per week, with expected entry on 1 May 2025 or as soon as possible. Core task Our core task is to support citizens in becoming part of the community in the labor market and becoming self-sufficient. We focus on creating good, flexible solutions where the individual citizen takes responsibility for their own development. Our task is, among other things, to support citizens in labor market-oriented activities, to clarify work ability and to uncover safety concerns. We do this through a holistic and interdisciplinary effort, where you work in collaboration with citizens, colleagues and business partners to obtain or maintain a job. We focus on the individual citizen with an individual and targeted employment-oriented effort with a view to permanent connection to the labor market and full or partial self-support. For citizens who need an effort, the effort is organized with a view to permanent labor market connection, so that it is carried out in as short a time as possible, taking into account the citizen's prerequisites and needs, with a focus on the open opportunities on the labor market. We work to support citizens in achieving a qualified work ability, which can help support citizens in being able to meet the demands placed on the labor market and thereby obtain income for self-support. Who we are - Job and Resources Department, which is part of the Center for Job-Oriented Development, Jobcenter Randers The Job and Resources Department consists of 27 employees divided into 3 teams, under joint management with close collaboration. You will have colleagues who work in functions such as coordinating case handlers, job consultants and development supervisors. In addition, we have professional consultants and management close by in the day-to-day operations. Both job consultant offers and development guidance offers are one of our employment-oriented efforts for citizens. We are both experienced and newer colleagues who all contribute with a high level of professionalism, different methods and theoretical approaches in collaboration with the individual citizen. We work in a politically controlled organization based on the applicable legislation and the financial framework, which, together with the definition of our core task, is the framework for the performance of our work. We have a health-oriented approach to the citizens and work from an empowerment approach, where we meet the citizens where they are. We are a very flexible workplace, which focuses on flexibility and freedom in the task solution, including the possibility to work from home once a week, if the task solution allows it. Together with the citizen, work with job goals, including a focus on sub-goal work in the process towards achieving the job goal. Focus on the citizen becoming ready to participate in company-oriented efforts, which are central to bringing the citizen closer to the labor market, including a match between the citizen's resources and the opportunities and demand that exist for the citizen on the labor market.
