Your position - Technical assistant of the project team

Support in the development of large housing projects_x000D_
We offer students of construction and architecture the option:_x000D_
- gain valuable professional experience in the field of residential development, get to know the development cycle in all its stages_x000D_

- find out how a large international development / construction company works_x000D_
You will contribute to:_x000D_
- preparation and development of residential projects (creative proposal, development of project documentation and preparation for the permitting process, leading to the realization of the project)_x000D_
- preparation of internal documents and documents for the internal approval process_x000D_
- preparation of the request for the issuance of a decision by the concerned authorities in accordance with the approved time schedule_x000D_
- to the process of submitting the order to the general contractor and subsequently to the recipients and the process of submitting completed objects_x000D_
- Activities leading to no transfer of infrastructure_x000D_
- creation of minutes of proceedings and meetings_x000D_
We are looking for you if:_x000D_
- you are a master's degree student in your field of construction or architecture_x000D_
- you know CAD, knowledge of MS Project, Revit_x000D_ is an advantage
- you control ÄŒJ at the level of native speakers, ALSO communicative_x000D_
- you have enthusiasm and motivation for the field, diligence, reliability_x000D_

- stay while studying in the form of an employment agreement, long-term cooperation 1-2 years_x000D_
- volume of work according to the time available for study, approx. 20 hours a week, remuneration CZK 200/ gross hour_x000D_
