Job Description
Receiving, registering, confirming and managing orders made by phone and online; - Tracking orders from placement to delivery ï¸ï¸€â€‹ï¸‚︃︃​︇︃​︇︃︂Providing telephone and email support to all customers of the online store: information about products, consulting in choosing products;- Prompt and efficient resolution of customer requests; What we offer: - Friendly atmosphere - Ambitious and positive team - Pleasant work environment The activity takes place at the headquarters in Bucharest, Str.
