Ability to work independently, but also in a team of colleagues_x000D_
Independence, communication and negotiation skills_x000D_
Knowledge of working on a PC and familiarity with spreadsheets and e-mail_x000D_
A general overview of the construction industry is an advantage for you and will speed up your training_x000D_
If it is a completely new field for you, you will need a great appetite and motivation to learn something new_x000D_
