What responsibilities await you?_x000D_
responsibility for the productivity and operation of the sacred section of the warehouse (observance of set processes, timely delivery of customer orders, 5S)_x000D_
work organization according to current needs, priorities and workload_x000D_
attendance planning of subordinate employees_x000D_
ensuring compliance with applicable legislation in operation (OSH, PO, etc.)_x000D_
communication with the team, carriers and colleagues across the company_x000D_
administrative work (reporting, work in Excel and internal systems, etc.)_x000D_
participation in process changes, supervision and control of the correct implementation of changes and new procedures_x000D_
ad-hoc tasks and solutions to emerging problems_x000D_
To fulfill the requirements, I will need:_x000D_
experience in logistics or e-shop is a requirement_x000D_
relevant experience with team management, shift planning, reporting_x000D_
knowledge of MS Office_x000D_
team approach, independence, reliability and responsibility_x000D_
willingness to work a short/long week (8:00-20:00)_x000D_
