What awaits you in the position of Logistics Operations Supervisor?_x000D_
Management and development of the team in the newly built distribution center_x000D_
Management of shift operation, logistics flows and process prioritization_x000D_
Analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), identification of areas for improvement and optimization of warehouse efficiency_x000D_
Supervision of compliance with safety and operational standards_x000D_
Work in structured two-shift operation (6:00am-10:00pm), sometimes even on Saturdays_x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
University education in a technical field (engineering, logistics, industrial management, etc.) or economic education with technical thinking_x000D_
Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or related field_x000D_
Strong leadership potential - initiative, decisiveness and a drive for the goal_x000D_
Fluent Czech and communicative English_x000D_
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)_x000D_
