Job Description
- construction site management, work management, technical preparation and calculations
- creation of bid calculations and specifications according to client requirements, along with optimization of technical solutions
- participation in the design, procurement and implementation of building elements, equipment and materials
- recognition of opportunities for rationalization and optimization of the project
- organization, coordination and supervision of works on the construction site in accordance with the project, laws and technical regulations
- control of the quality, quantity, deadlines and costs of the works performed
- maintaining construction documentation, including construction logs and books
- preparation of technical documentation necessary for technical inspection of facilities
- handover of completed works and resolution of possible defects during the warranty period
- implementation of occupational safety and fire protection measures in accordance with the company's internal regulations
