DEPUTY CHIEF TECHNOLOGIST FOR FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND FOODS OF ANIMAL ORIGIN (m/f)

Place Vučkovica, Knić

Job and Responsibilities:

·         Food raw material control

·         Control and improvement of quality, safety, health correctness and storage of final food products (food of animal origin, fruits and vegetables)

·         Participation in the process of product development and improvement

·         Making declarations of finished products

·         Harmonization of the company's operations with legal regulations and rules related to food products (milk and milk products, meat, fruits and vegetables)

·         Supervision of the application of HACCP standards and active participation in the implementation of new standards (FSSC)

·         Preparation of reports and creation of reports and other documents in the competence of the technologist

·         In the absence of the chief technologist, he replaces him in the operational organization of the work of workers of the confection and packaging plant

·         Conducts control over the proper handling of equipment in the facility

Conditions:

·         VII degree of professional qualification – technologist of the food profession

·         Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP

·         Knowledge of legislation related to the food industry, foodstuffs of animal origin, fruits and vegetables

·         Knowledge of computer work (Office)

·         Mandatory knowledge of the English language

·         Category B driver's license
