Performance is done in a team! We are looking for hard-working and eager to work colleagues for the position of DISTRIBUTION OFFER in: Sebes. Our distribution team is expanding the team with new colleagues for the operations of delivering orders to customers. What do you have to do? You will be the image that represents us represented in front of the client! You will make sure of the delivery of the goods to the clients according to the delivery schedule, but also of its quality and integrity throughout the transport. Promptness and attention are very important, that's why we rely on you! Requirements: - Category C license; - Goods Transport Certificate; - Tachograph Card; - Up-to-date Traffic Safety. Income: In the first 3 months, the guaranteed income is 4400 RON Net (composed of Net salary, cold allowance, guaranteed bonus). After the trial period, the average Net income is 5,600 RON, composed of Net salary, cold bonus, weekend bonus (Monday-Friday schedule, in the season Saturdays are also occasionally worked), uncapped performance bonus, depending on the involvement of each employee. After the completion of the entire trial period, a bonus of 500 RON Net is given.
