BIM Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for a BIM Specialist. 📌 Location: Athens, Attiki 🖋️You will be reporting to: Project Manager Περιγραφή What you will do: Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software such as Revit Collaborating with design staff, studio leaders, and construction firms Setting up and following BIM standards, templates, and best practices Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent. Providing training, troubleshooting, and support for BIM users Training and supporting team members and other stakeholders in the use of BIM software and methodology Auditing and reporting on BIM model progress and quality Using BIM models to identify and resolve issues during design and construction phases Good Knowledge of legislation –Construction Permits Issuance Procedures Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and procedures within the organization Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning Generating and managing digital data and reports from BIM models What we are looking for: Bachelor`s or Graduate`s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Design- Constrution. Excellent knowledge in Revit and AUTOCAD Fluent in a variety of design programs and software. Able to design frameworks and solve problems that may arise.
