Your everyday work-life
Lead a team of 15 Customer Care Agents and Senior Customer Care Agents
Lead and inspire a team of customer care agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved
Monitor team member's performance daily
Conduct the "flooring" process (performance monitor, change of duties, breaks, present agents etc)
Conduct QAs based on the goal set each month
Provide performance feedback to the team members
As an ideal fit, you should have
Minimum 2+ years of team management experience
BSc/MSc in Business Management, Economics
Familiarity with call center software and tools is a plus
Proficiency in English and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
