We are looking for 1 August 2025 a new colleague to our team. The Danske Urmagerskole at ZBC is a training school with approx. 75 students and 6 employees who know each other well and work closely together - this provides a good, obliging and motivating working environment. At the same time, this means that the individual employee gets the opportunity to influence their own everyday life, and can always be close to the decisions. About the job Being employed at Den Danske Urmagerskole, ZBC implies strong professionalism and great curiosity about the development of the profession as well as an interest in how young people today see and experience the world. Our watchmaking students must have the best framework we can give them for a good and targeted education. As an employee at Den Danske Urmagerskole at ZBC, you develop, organize and implement the practical and theoretical tasks in close collaboration with the team. This applies both to teaching but also to other tasks associated with being a subject teacher. It is also important that you are development-oriented, see opportunities and not limitations. About you You have a journeyman's certificate as a watchmaker, preferably supplemented with good general education. You have 5 years of relevant work experience. You have experience in using IT and in expressing yourself in writing and in speech. You are passionate about developing yourself and creating good relationships with both your colleagues and students. You are a team player. You are passionate about your subject and are good at motivating the students. As a teacher, you are proactive in class, with a great interest in the individual student's well-being and professional development. You are professionally strong, you have experience and insight into the industry. If you have completed a pedagogical education at diploma level and have general skills corresponding to the level of the vocational high school course, it is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
