This position reports to Service Team Leader Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Based in Metamorphossis, Attica and reporting to Service Team Leader, each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. You will be mainly accountable for: • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. • Preventive maintenance of electrical installations • Advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. • Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and as quality standards. • Identifying improvement needs in the ways of working and communicates them, proactively. • Troubleshooting simple equipment failures and making recommendations to avoid such problems in the future. • Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. Qualifications for the role Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation Engineering Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of similar products will be considered an asset Solid command of English and Greek language Strong computer literacy Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Team oriented personality Trustworthy & ability to succeed in a fast-paced problem-solving environment Driver’s licence / Ability to travel within GR More about us We value people from different backgrounds.
