Job Description:
We are looking for Maintenance Workers to join our team, undertaking the monitoring, maintenance and technical support of all hotel facilities. The candidates will contribute to the smooth operation of the premises, ensuring the safety, prevention and excellent service of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out preventive maintenance in all areas of the hotel (rooms, common areas, swimming pools, engine rooms, etc.).
Immediate response and resolution of technical problems that arise in the facilities.
Daily control of the smooth operation of the equipment, as well as the mechanical and electrical equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to provide timely customer service and resolve technical issues.
Ensuring that all premises meet safety and hygiene standards. according to hotel policy and HACCP specifications.
Reporting the course of daily work to the Maintenance Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in a technical field.
Previous experience in a similar position or in technical work.
Basic knowledge of technical work.
Basic knowledge of using maintenance tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and responsibility in the execution of tasks.
Availability to work shifts and respond to emergencies.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
Skills and experience:
Integrity and consistency in meeting safety and quality standards.
Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical problems.
Excellent cooperation and communication with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Ability to effectively organize tasks and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to learn and improve skills.
