We are looking for new reinforcements for the position of chief shift leader in the assembly department for our warehouse in ChráÅ¡¥any. You will be leading a great group of people and at the same time you will be the right hand of the assembly manager. We are not looking for a person for the office, but for the operation, where something is always happening and there is always something to improve. We are looking for a partner who:_x000D_
after consultation with the completion manager, she handles operational issues, helps set up processes, oversees the efficiency and quality of the entire department_x000D_
supervises, coordinates and assigns work to shift leaders and individual coordinators_x000D_
will pull together with us and will be an important part of the team komplektace_x000D_
will optimize processes, look for weak points and make improvement proposals_x000D_
Leads, motivates and coordinates the completion department_x000D_
will pass on our know-how to new team members or to other operations_x000D_
We require_x000D_
Knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow_x000D_
We are not looking for a person for the office, but for traffic, that's why we need to see your drive and like to run things_x000D_
You will not consistently follow the set processes, but you will help us improve them and set_x000D_
You like to step out of your comfort zone and you want to constantly push yourself and your surroundings_x000D_
Reliability, responsibility and a desire to develop_x000D_
Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage_x000D_
Work 12 hour shifts (short/long week)_x000D_
