Your tasks:
Preparation of investment projects, coordination of planning programs, search for suppliers and contractors
Requesting and evaluating quotations, writing decision makers
Continuous contact with designers, suppliers and contractors
Technical handover - organization of acceptance and test operation, handling of warranty defects
Independent management of investment projects
Obtaining authority permits
Operation of office and industrial buildings, logistics warehouses, business premises in Budapest and its catchment area
Our expectations of you:
Several years of experience in real estate investment projects and operations
Precision, reliability
Confident, determined personality
Independent work
Advanced technical degree in construction or a related field
Category B driver's license
Required experience:
3-5 years of professional experience
