Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Catering Manager, who will take over the organization and excellent operation of our hotel's central restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of service, the efficient execution of his team's tasks and compliance with the company's high standards. Key Responsibilities: Selection, supervision and training of the central restaurant team. Collaborate with the kitchen and Executive Chef to achieve harmonious operation. Implementation of the objectives set by the F&B Manager for the department. Preparation and control of the team's weekly work schedule. Cooperation with the hotel's central warehouse for the adequacy and flow of consumables. Mentoring, coordinating and evaluating team performance. Ensuring excellent knowledge and adherence to all department procedures. Implementation of the company's health and safety policy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism or another related subject. Minimum work experience of 4 years in a similar position, ideally in a 4*/5* hotel. Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated). Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations. Experience and knowledge of implementing ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000 management systems. Skills and experience: Ability to organize, coordinate and lead a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills and team spirit. Ability to solve problems and manage customer requirements. Orientation to achieve high goals and results.
