NPD (New Product Development) manager

Our client is one of Hungary's leading food industry companies, who produce one of the most popular products on the market with innovative technology and the use of quality raw materials. We are looking for a new NPD (New Product Development) manager to join our existing team.
Supporting the introduction of new products in the production area, optimizing processes,
continuous contact with fellow departments (marketing, logistics, production)
compliance with related food industry standards, updating process-related documentation, reporting,
full coordination of process development projects, proposing new products, ingredients, cooking techniques, technical developments, as well as active participation in the implementation of ideas.
ensuring consistency with corporate strategy and plans and ensuring their implementation in accordance with legal regulations,
continuous mentoring of the team in order to achieve the successful implementation of the project and the professional development and success of colleagues.
