Regional Store Manager - Hatvan
Tasks
Management, motivation and development of a team of 10 - 12 people. As an employer, you decide what kind of team you build.
Management of daily work processes in the store: sales, delivery and storage.
Maintaining personal contact with our Partners is an extremely important task.
Fulfillment of set plan numbers, which you can continuously monitor in our systems.
Adherence to and compliance with the company's operational expectations is one of the foundations of our success.
As a manager, you will also have administrative tasks: preparing evaluations and reports.
Expectations
Competitive salary, depending on experience and results: HUF 650,000-850,000 per month.

What we offer
You have several years of management experience. It is an advantage if you obtained this in sales, logistics, production or other technical fields.
It is characterized by results- and customer-oriented thinking, good communication skills and decisiveness.
You think practically, you focus on goals and tasks.
You are able to think with an ownership and strong commercial perspective.
You have at least a secondary education.
You use the MS Office program family with confidence.
You have a category "B" driver's license.
Knowledge of auto parts is an advantage, but not a requirement.
