Bio Spajz d.o.o. is engaged in the sale, production, distribution and import of healthy food. We exist since 1986. We are importers of organic food, Inka coffee and Japanese macrobiotic products. At the center of all our activities is the love for healthy food and life, it is our personal and business commitment. As winners of the Excellent SME recognition for 2015 and the SME certificate for the past two years, we can say that we are a small and successful company. Our team consists of about fifty employees, located in the directorate, wholesale and six retail units. The headquarters of our company is in Molerova street in Belgrade, the wholesale is located in the Višnjica neighborhood, and the retail units are in the Kalenić market, the Stari Merkator shopping center, the market in Block 44, the Cvetkova market, the Big Fashion shopping center and in Zemun.

Head of bookkeeping with experience
The basic activities of the position are:
Reception, updating, sorting, control and archiving of complete business - administrative documentation
Preparation of book approvals and records of incoming invoices
Dinar and foreign currency payments (E-banking) and correspondence with banks
Analytical records of company costs
Receiving and forwarding official mail
Preparation and processing of complete documentation for bookkeeping and communication with the bookkeeping agency
Other jobs as directed by management
Independent entry, posting and control of all accounting transactions
Calculation and payment of taxes and other public duties and submission of all tax returns;
Active monitoring and implementation of legal regulations and regulations in the field of accounting and finance

Conditions:
Minimum of three years of work experience in the same or similar jobs
Education with an economic profile is desirable
Computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
Expressed systematicity, precision, professionalism and dedication in performing daily work tasks
