Answer questions, requests, complaints, praises and suggestions - with the calmness, smile and speed of Usain Bolt._x000D_
Coordinate customer requirements and ensure that everything runs like a Swiss watch._x000D_
Cooperate with colleagues from individual departments._x000D_
Loading new customers._x000D_
Improve customer care processes, because it can always be done better._x000D_
