Production Department Manager

Our production partner in Vas County is looking for a new colleague for the position of Production Department Manager for their newly started production area, who would contribute to the success of the new area by actively participating in the ramp-up of production and the construction of new lines.
Your duties in your new position:
Management of a new production department (80-100 people)
Ensuring the problem-free daily operation of production
Daily supervision of the work of production lines
Management and motivation of subordinates
Preparation of cost and resource plans
Preparation of investment proposals and plans
Participation in audits
What you need to succeed:
Higher technical education
At least 2 years of managerial experience in production
Confident intermediate level of English
