JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality within the restaurant, creating a welcoming and pristine environment for guests and staff. MAIN DUTIES: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all restaurant areas, including dining area, guest restrooms, changing rooms, corridors, staff- access areas. Manage the cleaning process for linens, towels, and uniforms, to maintain an adequate supply for daily operations. Ensure all cleaning and maintenance procedures adhere to Zuma’s high-quality standards and compliance guidelines. Interact with guests in a professional manner, responding to inquiries.
