Here comes As a Team Coordinator, you will be part of an organization that develops and manages investments with a broad history in the Brazilian real estate market where you have the possibility of growing professionally and building your career. Where will you work? At Marquês de Pombal What you will do: Management and distribution of tasks for the team; Monitoring of reservations and procedures; Coordination of property maintenance and updating ads; Implementation of marketing strategies and attracting new business; Preparation of reports and market analysis; Ensure the execution of necessary maintenance services on properties; Organization and management of customer and property databases; Launching new projects and optimizing processes. We are looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related areas; Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry or property management; Experience in team management; Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (intermediate/advanced); Knowledge of platforms such as Primavera, PMS software, Channel Manager, booking platforms and Host; Flexible schedule (including weekends); Driver's license.
