Limousine Dispatch doo is a limo dispatch company based in Novi Sad, Serbia.

POSITION TITLE: Dispatcher/Reservationist

We at Limousine Dispatch doo are seeking a Dispatcher - Reservationist, who is willing to work in shifts and in a hybrid model.  

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

-        Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails
-        Create reservations in client’s CRM (LimoAnywhere, Santa Cruz etc.)
-        Dispatch rides and stay in touch with drivers

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

-        Very strong written and oral communication skills in English
-        The ability to comprehend user queries/issues and proven self-driven problem-solving skills  
-        High level organization, and communication skills 
-        The ability to manage and action priorities whilst working very independently in a remote and onsite environment. 

EXPERIENCE:

-        Experience in customer support is a plus (phone, email, live chat)
-        Experience in limo dispatch software is a plus (please state which software you are familiar with)

JOB SUMMARY:

We have open one full time position and one part-time position. Work is in shifts, weekends included, but not more than 40h per week. Candidates will receive training on limo dispatch software and on dispatch and reservation procedures. Salary is determined by the number of working hours in a given month.
