Technical Olympic Group of Companies is looking for an Experienced Foreman for residential construction projects in Germany Requirements Technical degree in Civil Construction Works or relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role (Foreman) within the residential construction sector Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings to ensure work is completed as per specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CAD Systems Excellent command of the Greek and German language In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
