Financial data analysis and reporting_x000D_
Collection, processing and analysis of data related to development projects._x000D_
Preparation of regular reports on revenues, costs, profit and cash flow._x000D_
Identification of trends, risks and opportunities based on financial indicators._x000D_
Financial planning and budgeting support_x000D_
Cooperation on the creation and monitoring of budgets for individual projects._x000D_
Evaluation of deviations from the budget and proposed measures to correct them._x000D_
Financial modeling and estimates_x000D_
Preparation of financial models for the evaluation and planning of development projects._x000D_
Providing accurate estimates based on current and historical data._x000D_
Management decision support_x000D_
Creation of background and analysis for key decisions on investments, constructions and acquisitions._x000D_
Evaluation of the economic efficiency of projects (NPV, IRR, return on investment)._x000D_
Collaboration across teams_x000D_
Close cooperation with project managers, legal representation and business team._x000D_
Providing a financial overview to external partners (banks, investors)._x000D_
Process control and compliance_x000D_
Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations._x000D_
Support of financial audits and cooperation with auditors._x000D_

Min. With education and experience in data analysis, your advantage (economics, statistics, informatics)._x000D_
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VBA, Power Query)._x000D_
An advantage: knowledge of SQL, analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau), basics of Python or R, AI and machine learning._x000D_
