Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.
In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Team Leader or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Attention to details.
Ability to train housekeeping staff.
Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Serve as a role model.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Support team to reach common goals.
Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English.
Extensive Knowledge of Opera, Internet, and MS Office applications
Work permission in Europe
