HR Analytics and Reporting Manager This role is responsible for developing and optimizing HR reporting solutions and managing IT teams for the implementation of KPI-related projects and serves as the key interface between HR, IT, and management, ensuring data-driven decision-making through effective reporting strategies. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to drive the automation and enhancement of HR analytics and dashboards. Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement reporting solutions for the HR environment. Manage and coordinate IT teams to implement reporting and KPI requirements. Oversee the entire project lifecycle – from requirements gathering to conception and implementation. Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing. Analyze HR data and derive strategic recommendations for management. Ensure data quality and compliance in collaboration with relevant departments. Support the automation and standardization of HR reports and dashboards. Communicate with stakeholders from HR, IT, and management to continuously enhance the reporting landscape. Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of experience in HR reporting, KPI management, or data analysis. Knowledge of ETL processes and experience with database technologies (SQL, Data Warehousing, BI tools). Experience in managing IT teams and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HR metrics and their interpretation. Experience collaborating with IT departments and external service providers. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. German is a big plus.
