is looking for a young, dynamic and talented professional for the position
HR Operations Executive.
Coordination of recruitment processes (advertisements, interviews, contracts).
Updating and maintaining personnel records.
Support in the implementation of onboarding procedures.
Work with the payroll department to ensure accuracy of payments and benefits.
Monitoring and keeping records of leaves and absences.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Support in the control and implementation of the hotel's internal policies.
Handling requests, queries and complaints with transparency and discretion.
Support in the staff training and development process.
Management of performance appraisal programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of labor law.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team work spirit
Familiarity with data collection and management, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to solve problems.
