Tasks
Equipment Maintenance & Optimization
Development of maintenance plans based on production schedules and failure analyses.
Use of OEE system data analysis and engineering documentation to define maintenance tasks.
Develop and finalize maintenance schedule in collaboration with plant managers and engineering teams.
Preparation of parts, tools and other necessary equipment before maintenance.
Carrying out maintenance according to safety regulations and then checking the work done.
Maintenance Standards & Digitization
Analysis of component life and inspection standards, update of maintenance manual.
Optimizing equipment to reduce downtime.
Implementation of AI-based monitoring systems to support predictive maintenance.
Expectations
Mechanical engineering degree in design, automation or a similar field
Experience in fault analysis, servicing, calibration and adjustment processes of mechanical structures
Knowledge of IATF16949/VDA6.3 quality management systems
Good teamwork and cooperation skills
Problem-solving mindset, independent work
Excellent communication and organizational skills
