IT technician (1 executor)

Position and job description:

IV degree of vocational education, technical direction;

Minimum of two years of work in the position of IT technician;

Category B driver's license

Ability to work on a computer, advanced knowledge of the Office program package and knowledge of working in an operational software program

Knowledge of logistics

Knowledge of business processes in production

Required knowledge and skills:

Computer skills (MC office: Excel, Word, Outlook Express, internet)

Description of jobs and tasks:

Configuration of client computers

Connecting and installing network printers

Installation of necessary applications

Help Desk Support. Monitoring the ticketing system and providing support to end users remotely or at the user's location

User training on the use of computers and applications

Upgrading existing computers - adding memory, replacing hard drives

Diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems

Monitoring the condition and ordering new equipment in agreement with the superior

Communication with external companies with which we have active cooperation

Keeping records of the condition of IT equipment

Structured cabling

Knowledge of network protocols

Knowledge of video surveillance (setting up and maintaining video surveillance)
