Clerk of the Tenders & Public Contracts Department
Responsibilities:
Administrative support of all department tasks (management of communication, correspondence, documents, physical and electronic files)
Participation in all the procedures for drafting, submitting and monitoring tender documents in tender procedures
Preparation of dossiers supporting documents for participation and approval, in collaboration with the company's internal network of partners (Sales & Public Tenders Department/Operation Department) for the compilation of dossiers in the context of tender procedures
Necessary qualifications:
Graduate of T.E.I./A.E.I./College of Project Management/Business Administration or related subject of study
Experience in writing tender tender submissions, gathering supporting documents and submitting a complete dossier will be considered
Good knowledge of using electronic tendering platforms will be an added advantage
Excellent written & oral communication skills in Greek and English
Deadline, organization and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
