Junior Buyer, Administrative Support with AJ_x000D_
We are looking for a person who will develop relationships with our suppliers, excels in organizational skills and takes meeting different situations as a pleasant challenge._x000D_

Shopping – help with_x000D_
Creation and management of orders, including control of document circulation - confirmations, bills of lading, complaints, requests for non-standard goods, etc.,_x000D_
Active communication with suppliers in English, both in writing and by phone_x000D_
Securing the documents necessary for launching the product on the market_x000D_
Logistics - ensuring transport, supervision of warehouse stocks, communication with carriers_x000D_
Other activities_x000D_
Cooperation with the company manager, warehouse accountant, managers of establishments and warehouses_x000D_
Cooperation in e-shop maintenance, updating information on websites_x000D_
Help with documents necessary for running the company_x000D_
What do we expect from you?_x000D_
Previous experience with communication with suppliers or customers_x000D_
Business AJ in written and spoken form_x000D_
Technical thinking_x000D_
Natural organizational and communication skills_x000D_
Pro-customer approach, building superior relationships with suppliers_x000D_
Active solving of operational situations, ability to react quickly_x000D_
Work in Excel, experience with CRM system an advantage_x000D_
