As a Part-Time Customer Support Intern, you'll support our operations team in ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently, communicating with resellers, experience organizers, and travelers
- Ensure smooth operations by regularly reviewing processes
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
