Job Description
PMO Analyst - Financial ServicesThe PMO Analyst will report to the PMO Team Lead, with the primary focus of ensuring governance, reporting standards, risk management and financial controls across the assigned programme of work.Note: Location can be anywhere in CST and EST time zones - the position allows for the worker to be virtual/remote.Key Responsibilities:Provide accurate consistent reporting across the programme.Manage project estimates and the tracking of actuals and estimates.Risk, Issue & Dependency management.Provides analytical support and completes ad hoc requests as required.Collates status reports and high-quality reporting materials to support governance meetings and ensure they reflect the reality of the delivery.Responsible for logistics for meetings, preparation, agenda, papers, minutes ext.Manage communication with Stakeholders to ensure that progress is clear, and where priorities on Features to be delivered are required, the impact is accurately represented.Ensures PMO standards are adhered to.Qualifications & Experience:Experienced and knowledgeable of the PMO function.Good knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.Financial Services experience essential.Experienced of providing PMO support within a software delivery environment.Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint to a high standard.Experience of providing PMO support in a client facing role is desirable.Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.Good prioritization skills.Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to perform under pressure.Ability to build strong working relationships, with IT and business managers.Ability to influence, network and collaborate with stakeholders.Excellent and effective communication.
