We are looking for ambitious, professional and responsible people to join the existing successful sales team in the position

Sales representative in the call center (m/f)

Required Qualifications:

Excellent working knowledge of Excel - analyzes and reports;

Electronic literacy in electronic mail;

Energetic, professional, with excellent communication and presentation skills;

Focus on achieving sales results and set goals;

High motivation and self-initiative;

Developed responsibility for completing work tasks within the given deadlines;

Computer literacy (MS Office);

Active knowledge of the English language in writing and speaking (mandatory condition);

Category B driver's license - not decisive, but preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

Receiving orders and creating invoices;

Receiving and making calls to customers - receiving orders and offering promotions;

Control of orders on the B2B platform and forwarding of orders to the warehouse;

Management and preparation of documentation/invoices for accounting;

Sales analysis and stock monitoring;

Monitoring and reconciliation of account balances - IOS;

Reporting to colleagues in sales;

Collection of information and monitoring of market conditions;

Reporting to the branch manager on the results of tasks;

Knowledge/Monitoring of Internet stores and legal frameworks.
