OPERATION - TECHNICAL REFERENT_x000D_
A member of the operational-technical department team, which reports directly to the department manager. Responsible for the security of activities, application of valid regulations including the creation of internal regulations, planning, contractual agenda and other relevant activities of the company related to these agendas:_x000D_
OSH and PO agenda (guidelines, documentation, deadlines, PPE...)_x000D_
waste management (complete security for the entire company)_x000D_
repair and maintenance schedule of individual establishments_x000D_
ensuring repairs and maintenance of a technical nature at individual establishments according to the established schedule, submitting documents for the announcement of tenders for suppliers_x000D_
Solving emergency situations throughout the company_x000D_
records of energy consumption for individual operations. approval of billing accuracy_x000D_
preparation of documents for statistical reports_x000D_
property inventory_x000D_
administrative tasks of the operational-technical department, work with the file service, archiving and record keeping of contracts and others._x000D_
Qualification requirements:_x000D_
SÅ  education of the best technical direction is an advantage, not a condition_x000D_
experience in a similar position is an advantage_x000D_
knowledge of OSH, PO and Waste Management legislation_x000D_
advanced knowledge of MS Office by condition_x000D_
ŘP group B – active driver_x000D_
