An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global organisation as aResilience Specialist - Warwickon a Contract Basis (FTC). This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per weekin office). As theUJV Operations Resilience Lead, you will support the implementation and co-ordination ofUJVInterconnector Operations business resilienceSkills:-Mapping out the key functions and operations that are essential for the company to continue functioning .Advise, influence, and support all areas of the business to ensure the resilience framework requirements as defined in the BMS are Embedded, managed, and maintained.To co-ordinate business continuity activities including Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Assessment, testing and maintenance activities and disaster recover activities.Identifying potential disruptions, analysing their impact, and developing strategies to minimize their effects.Communicating operational resilience plans to senior management, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.Ensuring the company adheres to all regulatorY requirements related to operational resilience.support critical parts of Interconnectors Operations response to incidents events, ensuring they are developed, documented, communicated, tested, understood, and Embedded.Should have experience working with the Business Resilience TeamAbility to work creatively and autonomously to ensure the deliveryAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.Ability to adapt to changing prioritiespassion for problem-solving and continuous improvementMust be available to attend sites or office as and when requiredIf this position sounds of interest, please send across an updated CV and a member of the resource team will be in contact to proceed with your application.
