Service Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordination of daily activities of the Service department, ensuring efficient operation.
Manage and track customer requests for maintenance, repairs and technical support.
Collaborate with sales, technical and partner teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Planning and monitoring the schedule of repairs.
Monitoring and communication with Service Centers abroad
Monitoring KPI's and preparing reports to management.
Qualifications:
Degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a service or after-sales environment.
Excellent knowledge of ERP or CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Detail oriented and problem solving.
Knowledge of English or Italian (written and spoken).
