. In this position, you will be in daily contact with our representatives, distributors and customers, mainly abroad, so you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge of English every day. This role has a major impact on our customers' satisfaction and its role is to provide qualified and fast service support in close cooperation with the service technicians and logistics team._x000D_
Position Description_x000D_
As a Service Order Desk Specialist, you will be a member of a small team that communicates with foreign partners on a daily basis and provides the necessary material and administrative support. In particular, your task will be:_x000D_
Providing administrative support to our representatives and customers, processing their requests in the service portal_x000D_
Close cooperation with the technical support team and the logistics team_x000D_
Preparation of offers and calculations, determination of delivery dates, delivery conditions, etc._x000D_
Have an overview of service cases in the sacred territory_x000D_
Ensuring quick response and ongoing communication to individual requests_x000D_
Making a claim_x000D_
Issuing invoices for sales or services_x000D_
Communication and cooperation with finance, quality, etc._x000D_
Cooperation with the dispatch department to determine the dispatch of spare parts, preparation of related documents_x000D_
Profile of the suitable candidate_x000D_
Min. With the education of an ideal economic or technical direction_x000D_
English for written and oral communication on a daily basis_x000D_
Advanced level of working with PC (MS Excel, Word, Database applications)_x000D_
Diligence, systematicity, ability to prioritize, pleasant customer-facing demeanor, friendly and team spirit_x000D_
An advantage is knowledge of another foreign language, a positive attitude to technology and a willingness to learn more about it_x000D_
